4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activity under your account

Ensuring connected data is accurate and authorized

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer the system

Abuse infrastructure or exceed reasonable usage limits

Use the Service to harm others or violate laws

8. Third-Party Integrations

AI CEO integrates with third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for:

Changes, outages, or errors from third-party services

Data accuracy from connected platforms

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

9. Google Integration and Data Usage

By connecting your Google account to AICEO, you grant us permission to access certain data from your Google services, including Gmail and Google Calendar, in read-only mode.

This access is used solely to provide AI-powered insights, summaries, and business intelligence features within the platform.

AICEO does not:

- Send emails on your behalf

- Modify, create, or delete emails or calendar events

- Use your Google data for advertising or marketing purposes

- Sell your data to third parties

All Google data is processed in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google account permissions.

10. Intellectual Property

All AI CEO software, branding, and materials are owned by AI CEO.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

These Terms are violated

Usage creates security or legal risk

Required by law

You may cancel at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AI CEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months
